Ryan Bennett is a lifelong Mississippian, entrepreneur, and U.S. Army veteran dedicated to advancing patient access and community education within the medical cannabis industry.

As the Founder and former CEO of REV Cannabis and the current President of REV Franchising, Ryan has played a pivotal role in shaping Mississippi’s emerging medical cannabis market. Beyond leading operations, he is an active investor in medical cannabis and a trusted business consultant in both the medical cannabis and hemp industries, helping dispensaries and operators establish compliant, sustainable, and patient-focused businesses.

Born and raised in Mississippi, Ryan attended Meridian Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi, where he built the foundation for his business career and commitment to serving his community. His military service as a U.S. Army veteran further instilled in him the values of discipline, leadership, and public service that continue to guide his work today.

In his new role as Director of Community Outreach for Cannabis Patient Community, Ryan is focused on connecting patients, policymakers, and providers to ensure Mississippi’s medical cannabis program meets the needs of the people it was designed to serve. He is passionate about amplifying patient voices, promoting responsible policy, and building a strong foundation for the future of medical cannabis across the state.
